During the interactive morning workshop, attend Community-Engaged Work: Write, Publish, Disseminate, Diane Doberneck, Director for Faculty and Professional Development in the Office for Public Engagement and Scholarship at Michigan State University, will discuss the key elements of successful community engagement and how to unpack projects into multiple publishing pieces for academic and public/practitioner audiences.

The workshop will be followed by a working lunch, Building Sustainable and Equitable Partnerships, to discuss strategies for centering equity to develop sustainable, equitable partnerships with community organizations. If you are unable to attend the workshop, you may register to attend the working lunch.

This event is designed for Illinois faculty researchers; space is limited. Please register by Feb. 21 so that we can thoroughly accommodate all attendees.
