The University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign (UIUC) Office for the Protection of Research Subjects (OPRS) is looking for feedback from research participants about their experience in research studies conducted at UIUC. We are asking you to respond honestly to the questions below about what works well and what can be improved.

This survey is not intended for research purposes and your responses will not be shared with UIUC researchers, without your consent. Instead, OPRS will use your responses to improve the quality of research conducted with human participants at UIUC.
